We ship within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Our oil is carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage during transit. Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned for protection.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@warmhill.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged package and product, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Contact us before returning any items.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items or approving a damage claim.
